Fire rarely stays contained to one material, which is why a real Fire Damage Restoration scope has to account for framing, wiring, flooring, and air systems together, not one at a time. Fire Damage Laser Cleaning manages the full IICRC S700-based restoration scope under one roof in Scottsdale, AZ, so nothing falls through the cracks between the mitigation phase and the rebuild phase. Keeping every trade under one restoration plan is what most Scottsdale, AZ families say made the biggest difference, since a fire loss is stressful enough without chasing down separate schedules for drying, framing, and painting crews.
Before any repair work starts, our leads log pre-loss condition, moisture data, and structural notes into a scope document adjusters recognize and approve faster.

Our restoration leads are trained specifically to the S700 standard rather than a one-size-fits-all cleaning process, which matters most on jobs where structural materials are borderline salvageable.
Because one lead owns the job from scope to final walkthrough, there's no handoff where details get dropped.
You get a written, itemized scope before demolition starts, broken out by system — structural, electrical rough-in, drywall, flooring, paint, not a vague lump sum.
We take moisture readings across every affected surface before deciding what stays and what gets replaced, which usually saves Scottsdale, AZ homeowners real money on the final invoice.
Homeowners in Scottsdale often ask why a restoration quote from Fire Damage Laser Cleaning runs longer than a quick cleaning bid from a smaller outfit, and the answer comes down to scope — a cleaning-only bid doesn't touch framing, wiring, or code compliance, while a proper Fire Damage Restoration scope does.
A restoration scope that skips proper documentation often costs homeowners money later, when the adjuster asks for records that were never created.
We also coordinate directly with your mortgage lender's insurance disbursement process when a loan is involved, since draw schedules for restoration work follow different rules than a standard repair invoice rather than asking you to front costs the lender hasn't released yet.
Documentation starts on day one — a full photo and moisture log of pre-repair conditions that becomes your claim's backbone for the Fire Damage Restoration claim file.
Air movers and dehumidifiers get placed according to a drying plan calculated from the moisture readings, not just scattered around the room, tracked with drying logs until every reading hits target.
Fire damage often compromises wiring and ductwork that isn't visible from a walkthrough, so we bring in licensed trade partners for anything beyond cosmetic repair rather than papering over a system that isn't actually safe.
Once drying is complete, our crew replaces compromised framing, hangs new drywall, and matches existing trim and paint so the repaired section doesn't stand out from the rest of the house.
We keep the claim file updated at each phase so your adjuster has what they need without repeated follow-up calls, which shortens approval timelines more often than not.

Our mobile response unit typically reaches Scottsdale properties within the hour, fully equipped for both assessment and initial mitigation.
Assessment includes photo documentation, moisture data, and a written estimate you approve before work begins.
We close the file only after walking the finished space with you and confirming the original scope was met.
